The Label Support program gives clientele access to digital distribution and additional MusiK1 label resources that are not available on the MusiK1 website, while providing discounts off selective MusiK1 services and unlimited campaign consulting throughout the record release duration, in exchange for a negotiated percentage rate of gross digital distribution sales.
Distributed titles must have all, if not most, of the following key elements in place:

Campaign budget for publicity, marketing, promotions and distribution.

Artists must have a personal manager, agent or label booking support.

Artists active in live performances within their local and regional markets.

Artists active in their interactions with fans and members in online communities.

Video content.

Legal ownership behind master recordings, videos, visuals and art work.

Used samples cleared from copyright holders.
Clients who fit these criteria are then presented to the MusiK1 label team for campaign analysis. Upon approval, the label team then makes an offer consisting of waived and discounted monthly retainer services in order to determine equity interest in digital sales, followed by the preparation of legal agreements.
In the event that clients are already set up with a distributor, yet has signed a non-exclusive agreement and/or has the rights to terminate the contract at anytime, MusiK1 will help guide clients out of the agreement upon their request. However, if a title has already been released with a previous distributor, MusiK1 will only be able to take on titles that have generated low sales figures, in which MusiK1 will suggest re-releasing the record, provided that clients bring in a bonus track or tracks. The title's art work and/or album cover will also need to have slight revisions made in order to distinguish the new release from the first one.
